RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following criteria:

 

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

  • If the product you receive bears a crack or is broken.

  • You must return the product in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, in its original packaging with its original documents including tags, or anything else you receive with the product.

  • Gift Cards are exempted from returns.

We invest a great deal of love and care to make every piece. All our products are handcrafted and fragile, made one batch at a time majorly using natural materials, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.

 

No changes can be made to the orders once placed for products under the listing 'Alternates'. These products can also not be returned.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds or replacement if:

 

  • We’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and contact information.

  • There are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  • The product is not as per your perception.

  • We are notified about any damage, defect or issue 24 hours after delivery.

 

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please fill this form within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

 

  • Order number

  • Invoice number

  • Image of the item in case of a defective or incorrect product, along with the packaging.

  • Specify the reason for return

 

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement or initiate a refund for your order amount within 14 working days after we receive the product at our designated address, following an inspection & quality check.

Please note, do not accept the order if the packaging is tampered or the seal is broken.
